firstflyn follows a well-defined cancellation and refund policy. In case of any unforeseen incidents, we provide our customers an option to cancel their flight tickets. We offer to cancel the tickets without charging any cancellation fees if it is done within 24 hours of booking. However, if the customer decides to cancel a ticket 24 hours after the time of booking, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged. We do understand that there can be sudden changes in your plans due to some emergency. This may lead to cancellation of booking and refund of the amount paid at the time of booking. While we totally agree with your consumer rights towards Cancellation and Refund, we would also like to mention that there are certain factors including the process and sometimes becomes impossible to process the refund even though we want to do the same. We do understand under certain circumstances one needs to cancel their plans. Here are the details of when one can cancel their reservations made on this site for the best possible facilities for our customers.

  • Cancellation after 72 hours of booking is not viable for any kind of refund.
  • We allow cancellations only made over phone calls.
  • We don’t entertain any cancellations via mail or chat fund
  • Depending upon the bookings made with us, most of the bookings are non- refundable as per the company policies.
  • We don’t guarantee any kind of refund after cancellation of your bookings, it solely depends on the refund policies of the airlines and the hotel.


We have made our Refund Policies customer friendly when it comes to cancellation of the bookings made on our website. The refunds are subject to airlines and hotel policies and we don’t guarantee the refund if they are not feasible via the hotel and airlines policies.

  • The cancellations made within 72 hours of booking are only subjected to refund.
  • We refund to the same account from where the booking is made, we cannot accept a different mode/ account to transfer the amount back in any case
  • In certain cases where the refund cannot be transferred to the same account, we issue a cheque regarding the same.
  • It takes around 10-15 days to make a refund to the registered account.
  • It is possible that the bank could take further more days to reflect the amount in your account.
  • Sometimes, in special cases it can take up to 60-90 days to reflect your bank balance.
  • We don’t refund the service charge, unless the cancellation is made within 72 hours of booking.
